We recognise that clients work to strict deadlines therefore we only use experienced and competent professionals who are used to working and delivering under pressure and in the timescale required.
Unless a transaction is particularly complex, we will be able to give an immediate “in principle” decision as to whether or not we can help. Our close management team also means that business introducers and clients have access to our key decision makers.
Our documentation is as transparent and as open as possible and is written in plain English. All of our interest charges and fees are disclosed at the very outset and we do not charge processing fees.
We endeavour to work in partnership with our business introducers and clients to ensure that transactions are completed on schedule and all parties are kept fully informed of developments as matters progress
