Oakbridge specialises in providing funding quickly. The facilities we provide normally vary between £100,000 and £2,500,000 and typical terms are between three and six months.
We base our charges on the individual characteristics of each transaction and will consider providing funding for any purpose. Examples of transactions already funded include:
- Straightforward land or property purchases, including that purchased at auction
- Capital raising for business acquisitions or short-term tax-related matters/liabilities
- Short-term probate needs and divorce settlements
We will consider taking most property types as security.
