Oakbridge is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority to conduct regulated mortgage contracts. Our FSA register number is 453642.
If you are an individual wanting a loan secured by a first legal mortgage over the residential property you or your family live in, we will be able to help you.
Our facilities generally range from between £100,000 and £2,500,000 however, we are happy to consider lower and higher facilities if commercial reasons exist.
Our facilities are typically between three months and six months although other terms can be considered.
We base our Interest Rates on the individual characteristics of each transaction and will consider providing facilities for any purpose. An Arrangement Fee of 1.00% is usually levied on all loans we provide.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
